Dr. Choby is a 1976 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Upon completion of his studies, he entered a two year dental residency at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. By 1984 he became the youngest dentist to become a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD). Dr. Bill also is a Fellow in the International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics, and has a Masters in Public Administration. He is a consulting staff member at the Latrobe Area Hospital and has operating privileges at the Laurel Surgical Center. His expertise is frequently called upon for second opinions for quality assurance companies, peer review panels, workmen's compensation and automobile accident claims, dental insurance companies, physicians, attorneys, and other dentists. Dr. Choby developed this new digital dental office in 2003. It has since become one of the fastest growing practices in the country.
