Barbara Rolla, our Office Manager since 2019, excels in coordinating billing, overseeing patient relations, and discussing treatment plans. With a background in executive coordination, marketing, and communications, Barbara ensures seamless office operations and supervises our dedicated team.
In addition to her managerial role, Barbara is a skilled Director/Choreographer/Producer, bringing creativity and leadership to our team. Her commitment to community engagement is evident through her past roles, showcasing her dedication to diverse projects.
With a BA in Performing Arts, Barbara combines her artistic sensibilities with practical management, making her an essential part of The Center for Dental Implants.

Carine Marquez - Dental Assistant
Carine Marquez, our proficient Oral & Implantology Assistant, has been an essential member of The Center for Dental Implants since May 2019. With expertise in oral surgery, implantology, and general dentistry, Carine plays a key role in various procedures, including Osstell scoring, removal of healing abutments, and restorative work for implants. Her versatility extends to general dentistry, covering endodontic treatments, DEKA laser procedures, crown and bridge work, showcasing her comprehensive skill set.
Before joining our team, Carine served as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant under Dr. James A.H. Tauberg, former President of the PDA. In this role, she assisted in a wide range of oral surgery procedures, including implants, bone grafting, sinus lifts, and surgical extractions. Carine's career in dentistry began as a General Dentistry Assistant, where she gained proficiency in dental impression scanners and laboratory work.
Carine holds a Technical Dental Assistant Certification from Sanford Brown Institute and is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in oral implantology. With her extensive skills and dedication to excellence, Carine Marquez significantly contributes to the success of our practice.
